Make With Me- Breakfast Wraps

Breakfast Wraps

  • 8 eggs
  • Green onion, finely chopped
  • Fresh spinach, finely chopped
  • Yellow peppers, finely chopped
  • Flaxseed wraps (4)
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salsa (optional

To Make:
  • Scramble eggs with onion, spinach and yellow peppers
  • Place eggs on flaxseed wrap
  • Top with grated cheese
  • Top with salsa, if desired
  • Microwave for 45 seconds
  • Repeat with next wrap
  • Enjoy!

  2. Breakfast is my favourite meal, but I love this recipe because it's something you can eat on the go.
  3. It's roughly 2 eggs per person, so this serves 4 people.
  4. Flaxseed wraps can be replaced with any kind of wrap.
  5. Adding salsa will make the wraps VERY messy!
  6. My cousin's note: Experiment with  fillings- mushrooms, asparagus, bacon, ham...You choose!
