Make With Me- Mango Salsa

Mango Salsa

  • 1/2 cup of hot jalapeno jelly
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 1/2 cups mango, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups red pepper, chopped
  • 3/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (optional)
  • Pepper (to taste)

To Make:
  • Whisk jelly and lime juice in large bowl
  • Mix in the remaining ingredients
  • Season to taste with pepper
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve
  • Enjoy!

  1.  This is my cousin Moira's recipe.
  2. This makes a great side for fish, chicken or pork.
  3. Can also be served as an appetizer- top a cracker and cheese with this mango salsa.
