Make With Me- Sundried Tomato Dip

Sundried Tomato Dip

  • 1 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup all packed sundried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp black pepper, freshly grounded

To make:

  • Mix all ingredients until blended
  • Chill at least an hour
  • Enjoy!

  1. This is my great aunt Mary's recipe.
  2. Dip can be made a day or two ahead of time.
  3. Serve with pita bread/chips, crackers or vegetables.
  4. I use garlic powder in place of a garlic clove (roughly a tbsp).
