Make With Me- Cherry Cheese Pie

Cherry Cheese Pie

  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crumb pie crust or baked pastry shell
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 0z) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup Real Lemon Juice from concentrate
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling-chilled
To Make:
  • In large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth
  • Stir in Real Lemon and vanilla
  • Pour into prepared crust
  • Chill at least 3 hours
  • Top pie filling before serving
  • Refrigerate leftovers
  • Enjoy! 

  1. I knew a woman, Rhonda, who in 2007 put together a recipe book for her friends full of recipes from her friends. This recipe is from that book.
  2. Even though this is called 'pie' it is just like cheese cake.
  3. The person who supplied this recipe recommended using Eagle Brand condensed milk.
  4. In place of cherry pie filling, I've used other pie filling (my favourite is strawberry).
  5. I've also skipped pie filling altogether and just used chocolate or caramel sauce, drizzled on top.
